An electric board equipped with a foil allows you to rise above the water and glide freely, in total silence and an exceptional natural setting. The experience begins with a 15-minute briefing to familiarize yourself with the equipment, safety rules, and basic techniques. Then it's time to practice with two options: - A 45-minute introductory session, ideal for discovering the unique sensations of eFoil, even with no previous experience. - Want to go further? Opt for a 1.5-hour private lesson, tailored to your pace, to gain confidence and get the most out of your session.
