Description

Discover the legendary Lérins Islands on an immersive expedition combining kayaking, history, wilderness, and snorkeling, just a stone's throw from Cannes. Meet your guide on the golden sands of Palm Beach, where you'll embark on a gentle and safe kayak crossing to Sainte-Marguerite Island, one of the pearls of the French Riviera. Once you arrive on the island, it's time to explore on foot: a walk through the eucalyptus and maritime pine forests leads you to Fort Royal, the former prison of the Man in the Iron Mask. Your guide will tell you about the mysteries of this place steeped in history. Then, you'll have some free time to: • Swim in protected and uncrowded coves, • Snorkel around the Cannes Underwater Ecomuseum, accessible even to beginners, • Observe the local fauna (peacocks, seabirds, fish) in an untouched environment. A gourmet and artisanal picnic is served on a hidden beach, overlooking the turquoise waters and red reliefs of the Esterel. The afternoon ends quietly with a last dip or a nap in the sun, before you get back in the kayaks to return to Cannes.
