Description

During your trip to the vineyard, you will discover one of the smallest vineyards in France, terraced with an unobstructed view of the Baou de Saint Jeannet. This guided tour will teach you everything you need to know about the history of the DOMAINE DE LA SOURCE. You will continue with a tour of the cellars, learn about winemaking techniques, and see how the wine is aged in oak barrels. Finally, you will have the opportunity to sit on the patio or in the garden under olive trees that are over 300 years old and enjoy a tasting of three Bellet wines. Bellet wines are nestled in the hills 20 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais, where you will find the rare wines of the Domaine de la Source. Available in white, rosé, red, and sparkling, these wines are produced without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The tasting will be accompanied by local products such as olive paste, olive jam, olive salt, onion olive paste, jams, and more.
