Together, we will prepare and share a home-style Riviera dinner inspired by the kind of dishes a local might truly eat at home. Depending on the season, we will begin with vitello tonnato or sardines with pesto sauce, then continue with comforting local specialties such as gnocchi niçois or ravioli niçois, both shaped by the Italian heritage of Nice. Throughout the evening, cook, learn, and enjoy a relaxed meal around the table while discovering authentic Riviera flavors and family traditions.
