Hélène, a passionate WSET3-certified sommelier and former perfume professional, comes to you with all her professional equipment to offer you a private, intimate, and unforgettable tasting experience of 5 wines selected by herself.
For 2 hours, let yourself be guided through the great wine regions of France — Provence, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Loire, and Rhone — and discover what makes each terroir so unique. Thanks to the unique concept of bridges between perfumes and wines, all your senses will be awakened: the color of the wine, its aromas, its texture in the mouth. You will learn to decode a wine like a professional, with your eyes, nose, and palate.
During the tasting, you will deepen your knowledge and learn to recognize the different styles of wine. You will leave with the keys to choosing a wine with confidence and pleasure, whether at a restaurant or at a wine shop, as well as to creating great food and wine pairings for your large gatherings and celebrations.
Hélène will share her sommelier secrets: how to store, serve, and enhance a wine at the table to reveal its full complexity. And to prolong the pleasure, indulge in a platter of artisan cheeses, authentic flavors that pair perfectly with the wines tasted.
