Brit Fitness offers Group or Individual Training at your home, outdoors or at Tropic Gym in the centre of Nice. They work within a 30km radius of Nice and take individual and group sessions lasting 1 hour each.
They offer advice on postural analysis & correction, rehabilitation programmes, healthy eating and advising you on how to get more energy, circuit training, assisted stretching to promote flexibility, core stability, strength and aerobic conditioning, training for fat loss and body sculpting.

2 people - 80 Euro
3-5 people - 100 Euro
Discounts available of blocks of 4 or more sessions.
